Each of our bowls is decorated with a message that is sometimes sweet for JOLIE MAMAN and PETIT COEUR, often funny for REINE MÈRE and DRAMA QUEEN, and decidedly offbeat for PIÈCE RAPPORTÉE and MORUE!
We chose to modernize this iconic bowl by using a whiter enamel and a bolder, more striking handwritten font!
Our messages are inspired by today's society, and everyone in your circle will be able to identify with one of our models!
We offer different options for our bowls:

Breton bowl revisited but not relocated!
Our Breton bowls are made with great care and love in Pornic, France, and we are proud of them. We have forged strong relationships with our manufacturers, who are accompanying us on this crazy adventure.
Our bowls perfectly illustrate the marriage between authentic traditional craftsmanship and modern design, which dusts off the regional kitsch monument that is the Breton bowl!
Our bowls will pass through the hands of our decorators about ten times before arriving on your breakfast table!
In earthenware, the "biscuit" of the bowl (fired ceramic without glaze) is first produced in Portugal, a country with a long tradition of ceramics.
Our messages are printed in France, specifically in Picardy , using screen printing techniques with enamels that are guaranteed lead- and cadmium-free, of course!
All stages of firing, glazing, and decoration are carried out in Pornic, Brittany.
Our bowls are fired at very high temperatures, ensuring high quality and durability of the designs.
How to care for your Breton bowl?
Our bowls are dishwasher safe, which is handy, right? But use the microwave with caution! Earthenware is a type of ceramic that doesn't like sudden changes in temperature, so don't leave it in the microwave. 😉 Fine cracks may appear under theenamel —this is called "crazing." Don't worry, this does not affect the strength or use of the bowl.
