Article 5. Dispute resolution and applicable law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to these Terms of Use shall be submitted to the French courts with jurisdiction over the subject matter and territory.
Pursuant to Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, provided that you have first sent a written complaint to PIED DE POULE, you have the right to seek the assistance of a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to reaching an amicable settlement of any dispute you may have with RÉUNI.

You may use the services of the mediator (IN PROGRESS) listed by the Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation (CECMC) as a consumer mediator free of charge.
If you fail to submit a prior written complaint to PIED DE POULE, but also if the request is manifestly unfounded or abusive, if the dispute has previously been examined or is currently being examined by another mediator or by a court, if you have submitted your request to the mediator more than one year after your written complaint to PIED DE POULE, or if the dispute does not fall within the mediator's jurisdiction, it cannot be examined.
You will then be informed by the mediator, within three weeks of receiving your file, that your request for mediation has been rejected.
