Article 1. Purpose, acceptance and updating of the TOS 

The present General Terms of Use (hereafter "GCU") define the terms of access, navigation and use of the Site www.pieddepoule.com, concluded between any user and the Site.

By browsing the Site, you are deemed to have read the TOS and accept them without reservation.

PIED DE POULE the right to modify and update these Terms of Use at any time in order to comply with legislative and regulatory changes or to update the features of the Website.

Any modification will be the subject of information on the Site.

The applicable conditions are those in force on the Site at the time of its use.

These TOU came into force on 15 February 2021.

In the event that one or more of the clauses composing them are deemed unwritten or declared null and void, they shall remain applicable in all their other provisions provided that the general scheme of the contract is not disrupted.

PIED DE POULE is a semi-figurative trademark registered by the company PIED DE POULE the National Institute of Intellectual Property under number 4600108, granting it the protection provided for in Articles L.713-1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

Pursuant to Article L.716-1 of the same code, the infringement of the rights of PIED DE POULE constitute an act of counterfeiting for which the perpetrator may be held liable.

Article 5. Dispute settlement and applicable law

These TOU are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to these TOS will be submitted to the French jurisdiction materially and territorially competent.

Pursuant to Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, provided that you have first sent a written complaint to PIED DE POULE, you have the right to seek the assistance of a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to reaching an amicable resolution to any dispute you may have with RÉUNI.

You can send this preliminary complaint by mail to PIED DE POULE rue de l’Ourcq, 75019 Paris, France, or by email to eshop@pieddepoule.com.

You will be able to have free recourse to the mediator (IN PROGRESS) referenced by the Commission d'Evaluation et de Contrôle de la Médiation de la Consommation (CECMC) as a consumer mediator.

If you do not submit a prior written complaint to PIED DE POULE, but also if the request is manifestly unfounded or abusive, if the dispute has previously been examined or is currently being examined by another mediator or by a court, if you have submitted your request to the mediator more than one year after your written complaint to PIED DE POULE, or if the dispute does not fall within the mediator's jurisdiction, it cannot be examined.

You will then be informed by the mediator, within three weeks of receiving your file, that your request for mediation has been rejected.
