Delivery is made via LA POSTE - COLISSIMO to the postal address you gave us when you ordered.
Your order is lovingly prepared by Romy and shipped from Blois (in the center of France!) within 1 to 5 working days after confirmation of payment of your order.
The delivery time for a COLISSIMO parcel in metropolitan France is then 3 to 5 working days after it has been picked up by LA POSTE.
Some periods are busier... our team does its best to respond to your emergencies (Christmas before time, apology gifts, birth gifts, urgent requests...).

Don't panic! Someone may have received it for you, ask your friends and family (nice neighbour, concierge...).

A RETURN? EXCHANGE ? A REFUND ?
Are you disappointed? Have you changed your mind?... We understand that very well. But don't delay.
- You can exercise your right of retraction within 14 days from the day after receiving your PIED DE POULE product (click here to access the withdrawal form and here for more information on your right of withdrawal).
- You can also return your product for an exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt of your order, by sending a return request to email@example.com.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must not have been washed or damaged and should preferably be returned in their original packaging or any suitable packaging.
